About Villa Roos Park

Villa Roos Park is located in the best area of Staffanstorp, by the beautiful Roos Damm. Here we have built an inviting, airy architecture in harmony with the scenic surroundings.

• We are a dementia-certified residence, which means that all of us who work here are trained in dementia and care through Vardaga's Dementia Academy.

• We apply a needs-based wish schedule. This means that you as an employee have the opportunity to influence your own working hours, based on needs and wishes. We schedule for 5 weeks at a time.

• We have a collaboration with the company Ung Omsorg. This means that a team of young people aged 14–18 visits us on weekends and holidays. Ung Omsorg organizes various activities to enhance the quality of life for our residents.

• You have a group leader who spends most of their time working closely with you in the operation. Becoming a group leader can also be a career opportunity for you as a nursing assistant.

• Here we work with animals in care and regularly have visits from therapy dogs.

As a nursing assistant, you are incredibly important!

Your task is to provide quality of life. With your help, our residents can maintain their lifestyle and habits. You see each person and interpret what they need. At the same time, you learn a lot about care, aging, and how to meet people.

You are closest to the resident and thus have a key role in the team with the nurse, occupational therapist, and physiotherapist. You also participate in care planning and write social documentation. Your experience and knowledge

We prefer that you are a trained nursing assistant and have worked for a few years in elderly care. Good computer skills and experience with documentation are also advantageous. Good knowledge of the Swedish language in speech and writing is required, but otherwise, your CV is not the most important. If you share our values and have the right qualities, we will support you and provide opportunities for growth.
