Your Role

Fagerhult has a very strong position and growth in the market, and you will have the opportunity to be part of a team on an incredibly exciting and developing journey.

We are now looking for you! Our future colleague at Fagerhult's Swedish sales company, Fagerhult Belysning Sverige AB, where you will have the opportunity for a role as an outdoor salesperson based in Stockholm.

In your role, you will among other things:

• Work closely with existing customers such as electrical installers and electrical consultants to build long-term relationships.
• Develop new business through prospecting.
• Be responsible for marketing and sales of our indoor lighting solutions.
• Contribute to sustainable choices through smart, energy-saving, and connected systems.

You are a skilled relationship builder, you are attentive and communicative, and you express yourself in both Swedish and English – both verbally and in writing. Giving presentations to both small and large groups is something you find energizing and fun!

You may have worked for a few years in sales, preferably from the lighting industry or related industries such as HVAC, water supply, or ventilation. If you also have a burning interest and good understanding of smart, energy-saving systems, this is of course an advantage.

Technology is fun! That is, you have a great technical interest, preferably with an electrical engineering education or equivalent.

You are used to independently planning, structuring, and following up on your work and thrive in a role where you have great opportunity to influence the results yourself.

Daring to think outside the box in your sales work and being curious about how other organizations and businesses work with sales is a given for you. Constantly learning new things and being interested in the world around you and trend watching is part of your everyday life.

You are also good at self-leadership and motivate yourself through clear goals.

But what you like most is working together with other people. The dialogue, the relationship, the interplay, and the power of doing things together – that is like the “sprinkles on the ice cream”. It truly contributes to results, learning, and joy at work!
