About the role

Forenede Care is in a strong development phase and we are now looking for a Bid Manager who wants to help drive our continued growth in elderly care, home care, and LSS. As a Bid Manager, you will lead our prioritized procurements according to LOU as well as applications under LOV and framework agreements. You will drive the process from initial analysis to submitted bids and ensure that our offerings are clear, competitive, and business-oriented. You will be proactive in the work of concept development where you, together with your colleagues and other support functions, create the future's offerings. The role is central to our growth efforts and you will have a direct impact on new establishments and the company's direction. You will work closely with operations and support functions and help build a structured and proactive bidding function. We work as a team, with clear goals, humility, and a genuine desire to develop together.

Responsibilities

As a Bid Manager at Forenede Care, you will drive the entire bidding process from start to finish. You will analyze tender documents and package our offerings in a clear and convincing manner. You will work closely with operations and support functions, ensuring competitive pricing and following up on results to continually improve our work. The role also involves monitoring the market, trends, and competition, as well as contributing to the development of our working methods and processes.

Your specific tasks include:

  • Lead and ensure quality in bidding projects according to LOU, LOV, and framework agreements

  • Analyze tender documents, compensation models, risks, and market data

  • Develop winning bids in close dialogue with operations and support functions

  • Package and conceptualize Forenede Care's business offerings

  • Create clear, convincing, and structured bid texts

  • Prepare pricing documentation together with finance and operations

  • Follow up and analyze won and lost bids

  • Monitor the market, competition, and trends

  • Contribute to the development of working methods, processes, and tools within bidding

The position reports to the Head of Bids. Location: Stockholm or Malmö (hybrid – a combination of office and remote work)

Who are you

We are looking for someone who is confident, structured, and used to driving complex processes. You have a strong analytical ability, good business sense, and find it easy to express yourself in writing. To succeed in the role, you have:

  • A university degree or equivalent experience

  • At least 3 years of experience in bidding work according to LOU

  • Experience in writing and packaging bid texts as well as the ability to develop concepts that create a clear narrative

  • Good understanding of finance and compensation models

  • Ability to manage projects, deadlines, and internal flows

  • Easy to build relationships and collaborate across functions

  • Very good Swedish and English, both spoken and written

  • (preferred) experience from the care industry

Relevant backgrounds may include:

  • Bid Manager / bid project leader / procurement officer

  • Journalist, communicator, or copywriter with strong writing skills

  • Roles focused on analysis, concept development, or project management
