As a site manager with us, you will work closely with production and assist the site manager with planning, work preparation, occupational safety work, project follow-up, and steering towards set goals. You will plan, lead, and distribute work among our skilled workers and subcontractors.

We are looking for someone who

• Has the ability to lead and motivate teams and create structure in a dynamic environment
• Actively collaborates with other stakeholders in the project, has good communication and collaboration skills.
• Has experience in work management within the construction industry, has a technical education in construction and/or relevant work experience that we assess as equivalent.
• Works systematically, has good planning skills, and can handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Is involved and contributes to a pleasant work environment and takes responsibility for their own and others' safety.
• Is a role model for Peab's values: Grounded, Developing, Personal, and Reliable
• Has a valid driver's license (B)

As a person, you are driven and engaged and enjoy working both independently and in a team. You have good leadership qualities and the ability to build trust with employees, customers, and the public. You are accustomed to planning and organizing your work. Your problem-solving skills are strong, and you do not get stressed by challenges and changing conditions.
