About the role

As a concrete worker, you will work both independently and alongside colleagues in new construction, civil engineering, and renovation. You will be responsible for performing reinforcement and formwork as well as pouring and finishing concrete structures, with the utmost focus on quality, safety, and sustainability. The work is varied and suits those who enjoy physical work and solving problems in the field.

Main tasks and responsibilities

• Reinforce, form, and pour concrete in various types of structures such as foundations and walls
• Prepare work areas and handle materials according to drawings and work instructions
• Finish concrete surfaces to ensure quality and appearance
• Assemble prefabricated concrete elements
• Collaborate and communicate with site management and work teams to drive the construction project forward
• Follow safety procedures and work according to applicable workplace regulations

Qualifications and experience

• Experience in concrete work, construction production, reinforcement, or formwork is an advantage
• Vocational certificate or education in construction is highly meritorious but not a requirement
• Driver's license (B) is a requirement
• Good physical condition and interest in practical work
