Recruitment for an established construction company in heavy construction in Örebro

We are looking for an experienced estimator who wants to take responsibility for the entire bidding process in large contracts. Here you will have the opportunity to work on complex projects, develop professionally, and contribute to the company's continued growth.

About the position

As an estimator, you will be responsible for the entire bidding process – from the initial calculation to the final bid. You will work closely with project managers and other teams to ensure that calculations and bids are accurate, competitive, and feasible.

Your main responsibilities

• Prepare and follow up calculations for large construction projects
• 
  
• Drive the bidding process from start to finish
• 
  
• Ensure that bids meet requirements according to AB04/ABT06
• 
  
• Collaborate with project managers and other internal functions
• 
  
• Contribute to improvements in the calculation and bidding process

We are looking for someone who

• Has at least 3 years of experience as an estimator in heavy construction
• 
  
• Is familiar with AB04/ABT06
• 
  
• Has the ability to drive the bidding process independently
• 
  
• Has experience that is valued higher than formal engineering education
• 
  
• Is structured, analytical, and communicative
