Consultant assignment where you as a technical project manager drive an industrial project from idea to finished production solution

As a technical project manager, you will play a key role in a comprehensive investment project within industrial production and packaging in Örebro County. Here, you contribute to innovation and efficient production flows in a project with a clear future orientation. You will have the opportunity to influence technical choices, work closely with both production and innovation, and drive procurement and supplier collaboration in projects with high complexity. Your employment offer

The assignment is a consultancy position located at our client within the manufacturing industry, just outside Örebro. The work takes place on-site in production. Here you will work closely with engaged specialists, suppliers, and decision-makers, while having the freedom to drive your area independently. The assignment suits you who want to work long-term, take responsibility, and contribute both technical depth and structure to large industrial projects.

Your tasks

• Lead and coordinate technical activities in larger investment projects
• Be responsible for technical feasibility studies and design
• Develop technical specifications and procurement documents
• Drive technical dialogue and collaboration with suppliers
• Evaluate technical solutions related to processes and production
• Coordinate technical installations, testing, and commissioning
• Ensure that technical solutions meet requirements for functionality, quality, and efficiency

Our expectations

We are looking for someone with experience in technical project management within industrial production who thrives in complex project environments. You have a technical background, preferably as an engineer, and are accustomed to working with investments, procurements, and supplier management. You have a good understanding of production processes, machine and process technology, as well as the ability to translate requirements into sustainable technical solutions.

As a person, you are structured, communicative, and confident in your role. You work independently, easily build trust, and dare to challenge existing ways of working when there is room for improvement.
