We are looking for a painter for our property company where we handle most of the renovations of residential properties ourselves. Your tasks will include renovating; that is, filling and repainting our homes as needed, removing wallpaper, repainting stairwells/doors, etc. You have your own work vehicle and can take responsibility on time.

About us;

Samuel Karlsson Properties has been around for 35 years and manages both larger central apartment buildings, smaller apartment buildings, row houses, and individual villas.

In the work group, there are property caretakers, carpenters, painters, electricians, tilers, craftsmen, cleaning staff, a team for external maintenance, and office personnel. We currently have a total of 15 staff members.
