About the job

The work is located at Häggatorp estate and Nilsmårtensgården, Södra Lundby, in one or more workshops including bakery, park, vegetable cultivation, food processing, and household work. In our workshops, you work side by side with the residents. Camphill Häggatorp practices co-living, following the practices developed within the Camphill movement since the early 1940s.

Currently, we are looking for two open positions as social therapists with immediate start.

Camphill Häggatorp is an anthroposophical initiative within LSS where the housing and daily activities are based on the formation of individual development by creating a social foundation, known as reverse integration. This means that employees live permanently in the same buildings as the residents and perform the same work in the workshops. The ambition is to make the difference between residents and employees as small as possible in daily life. The person we are looking for does not need to have education in care and support but should have a strong interest in participating in the training opportunities available within the framework of the organization.
