About the department

At the Nephrology department, we care for patients with acute and chronic kidney failure, investigate and treat patients with kidney diseases, conduct transplant investigations, and follow up after kidney transplants. Within the Nephrology department, there are outpatient clinics, dialysis units, and an inpatient ward.

With us, you will find a workplace with a team of colleagues who collaborate well and take great responsibility as a group. We have a broad competence within the administrative unit where we learn from each other. We actively work to develop our skills. You will be an important part of the department's development and improvement work. At Nephrology, digital tools are part of our everyday life, and we have many ongoing projects such as speech recognition and the development of 1177.

Job responsibilities

Within the administrative unit, we work with all operations within Nephrology. You will have many varied tasks such as TIK dictation in Melior, bookings for doctors in ELVIS, case management in 1177, diagnosis classification, referral management in SÄLMA, document management in SharePoint, and administrative support for all healthcare professions. Mentoring LIA students is also part of the job. There is an opportunity to develop tasks and your own areas of responsibility depending on competence and interest.

About you

You have a KY or YH education as a medical secretary with good knowledge of the Swedish language. We see that you have good digital competence and an interest in digital working methods. It is an advantage if you are an experienced user of the Melior journal system and Elvis.

You enjoy working in an environment with varied tasks. You find it easy to collaborate with others and have a sense of responsibility. You have good initiative and can independently prioritize tasks in a sometimes fast-paced environment. We value that you are innovative and open to changes, as well as having an interest in improvement work. Personal suitability will be of great importance.
