Nurse for Home Healthcare – Make a Difference Every Day!

In Hässleholm Municipality's home healthcare, you will have the opportunity to be part of an exciting development. As a nurse in our organization, you will be a key player in providing safe and professional care where it is needed the most.

• A varied and stimulating job with targeted interventions and urgent care within home healthcare.
• The position is a permanent full-time employment with a working time of 38.25 hours/week and daytime shifts every 5th weekend.
• You will receive support from an experienced team and have the opportunity to influence and develop the operations.

Requirements:

• Licensed nurse
• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
• Good computer skills (we document in Procapita)
• Driver's license for a manual transmission vehicle

Meritorious:

• Specialist training in elderly care or as a district nurse.
