About the Position

As a resident physician with us, you will have a broad and varied workday, where you will work with scheduled patient visits, manage emergency cases, and participate in home healthcare. Together with your colleagues, you will contribute to the development of the organization and engage in improvement and quality work.

We offer an evidence-based educational environment where we focus on patient-centered work and continuous development. Our supervisors are actively involved in your education, and we adhere to the guidelines applicable to the continuing education of resident physicians.

About You

We are looking for a licensed physician with the qualifications to work within the Swedish healthcare system. To communicate well in both spoken and written form, you need to have Swedish language skills at C1 level.

You thrive in collaboration with others, both with physician colleagues and various professional groups within healthcare. Your commitment and understanding of the importance of a professional and respectful approach are central to your role. You have the ability to adapt your working methods based on the patient's needs and situation.

We place great importance on personal qualities and are looking for someone who is attentive, responsible, and has a desire to develop in their profession.
