In home care, you have varied tasks that all aim to support or help other people. You provide individualized care of high quality and perform prescribed/delegated health and medical care measures.

Team-Based Work Approach

You work both independently and together with engaged and knowledgeable colleagues. The team includes, in addition to nursing assistants, an occupational therapist, physiotherapist, and nurse.

QUALIFICATIONS

Your personal qualities are important to us, so we are looking for someone who:

• Has an interest in working with people and creating conditions for them to feel good.
• Is engaged, attentive, flexible, and structured.
• Has a positive attitude towards both care recipients and colleagues.
• Has an easy time collaborating with different personalities.

We also have a few requirements:

• You are a trained Nursing Assistant and have knowledge of and act according to the laws and regulations governing the operations.
• You master Swedish well in both spoken and written form.
• You have a B driver's license.
• You are accustomed to using digital devices for information gathering and documentation.
• You can work both day, evening, and every other weekend.

Elderly Care in Svenljunga Municipality:

• Collective agreement: Yes
• Work clothes: Yes
• Wellness allowance: Yes, up to 1,500 SEK/year
• Right to full-time: Yes, and the possibility of part-time
