We are now looking for a Software Quality Assurance Engineer for our client.

About the assignment

We are looking for a Software Quality Assurance Engineer with a passion for quality and automation. Do you want to help ensure the highest possible quality in the development of advanced software systems? Do you thrive in an operational role where you work closely with developers, contribute your technical expertise, and simultaneously create structure and quality in complex environments? Your role

As a Software Quality Assurance Engineer, you will be a key person in our development team. You will work closely with developers and other stakeholders to integrate quality into our processes from the start. Your focus will be both strategic and hands-on – from supporting the automation of tests and processes to ensuring compliance with relevant standards for safety-critical systems.

Your assignment will be to:

• Work operationally with development teams to integrate quality at every step of the development cycle
• Support the work with test automation and quality assurance
• Ensure that processes and documentation meet requirements according to industry standards (e.g., RTCA/DO-178)
• Act as a bridge between development, testing, and other functions in the organization
• Be an ambassador for quality and contribute to continuous improvement in work methods and culture

Your profile

We are looking for someone who has:

• Experience in software development and a genuine interest in quality
• Knowledge of standards for safety-critical systems (e.g., RTCA/DO-178, ISO 26262, IEC 61508)
• The ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with different parts of the organization
• An analytical mind and a proactive working style
• Experience in test automation and tools such as Jenkins, Python, Git, etc. is a plus
