We are now looking for you at Nordström Assistans who has your heart in the right place and wants to enrich a person's life with special support.About the positionWe are looking for a personal assistant for an 11-year-old girl with autism, challenging behavior, epilepsy, and intellectual disabilities who lives in Malmö. We are looking for someone who can work extra as needed, and your tasks will include supporting daily routines, mobility, personal hygiene, meals, and dressing and undressing. Working hours are weekdays from 15:30 to 22:00 and weekends from 12:00 to 21:00. In the long term, there may also be morning shifts and night shifts (awake), so you should be positively inclined to work at all times of the day.

About the clientThe client is an 11-year-old girl who needs your support in her daily life. Her routine includes going swimming, which is something she really enjoys, so it is important that you as an assistant can swim. Other interests include going out for hamburgers and fries, visiting shopping malls, listening to music, and going for walks.About youAs a personal assistant with us, you play a crucial role in creating a safe and meaningful daily life for our client. You will be an important part of their life and contribute to their independence and well-being. We believe that you who are applying for this position are an alert and energetic person but can also be calm. You should have the ability to safely manage and support challenging behavior. We also see that you are attentive, responsible, flexible, and cooperative. The most important thing is that there is a good chemistry between you as the applicant and the client. This can be decisive in the final selection.Requirements

• Can swim and tolerate chlorine,
• Do not have pets at home as the client has allergies,
• Have fluent knowledge of the Swedish language in both speech and writing.

It is meritorious if you

• Have a driver's license,
• Have access to a car,
• Have experience with epilepsy,
• Have care experience and/or care education or equivalent,
• Can communicate in Spanish or Albanian as well
