Who we are looking for

We are looking for you who are a licensed healthcare curator with basic psychotherapy training (Step 1) and who wants to work as a consultant with conversation treatment within primary care.

You may be established as a private practitioner and seeking a secure and professional environment to collaborate with. You might already run your own business and want to complement it with more assignments through a stable partner.

Or you have worked for a few years in healthcare and are interested in taking the step towards working as a consultant – and are looking for the right conditions to do so in a structured and quality-assured manner.

The work can largely be performed remotely, but there is also the possibility to work on-site in our premises in Stockholm.

We are looking for you who are

You are engaged in your work and thrive in an organization with drive, a focus on development, and a high commitment to quality and patient benefit. You appreciate an environment where things happen, where initiatives are welcomed, and where you contribute both competence and energy.

You are also:

• Licensed healthcare curator
• Have basic psychotherapy training (Step 1)
• Accustomed to working independently and in a structured manner
• Confident in conversation treatment and professional interaction
• Well-grounded in evidence-based methods (CBT is a merit)
• Experience from primary care is highly meritorious
• Have your own company (limited company or sole proprietorship)
• Value long-term collaboration and are solution-oriented
