Qualifications

• Experience or interest in working with preschool-aged children
• Good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written, to ensure safe communication with children, guardians, and colleagues
• Ability to create safety, joy, and participation in the children's group
• Be active in the children's play and recognize their needs and meet them
• Flexibility and ability to quickly adapt to new situations and routines
• Good collaboration skills and strong communication skills
• A professional approach
