We are looking for dedicated staff for our support homes in Stockholm County. With us, you will work to support young adults and adults who need help to achieve a more independent daily life. The target group may have mental health issues, substance abuse problems, criminality, or other social vulnerability.

About the role

As a contact person in the support home, you provide individually tailored support to individuals living in their own apartments. The support is based on an implementation plan with clear goals and may include:

• Helping to create structure in daily life, such as finances, household tasks, and routines
• Motivating and guiding with a calm and pedagogical approach
• Supporting contacts with authorities, healthcare, and other community actors
• Encouraging studies, work, and meaningful leisure activities
• Some documentation is included

Requirements

• At least two years of post-secondary education in social work, such as social pedagogy, treatment pedagogy, social work, or behavioral science
• Experience working with socially vulnerable individuals is an advantage

Employment

The position is a needs-based employment. Each assignment involves approximately 5–7 hours of support per week and client. Working hours may vary and occur during the day, evenings, and weekends.
