We are now looking for a new employee for one of our clients residing in Barsebäck.

The woman in her 50s is blind but manages a lot on her own with the right support and visual interpretation.

As an assistant, you should be positive, cheerful, creative, and have a good amount of resilience. You should be able to keep up when things get busy but also know how to step back and handle the days when the client needs extra rest.

You will assist the woman with household chores, hygiene, cooking, and exercise. It is important that you see opportunities instead of difficulties, enjoy planning, and motivating to make the days rewarding and fulfilling.

If you have an interest in cooking, baking, quizzes, music, and going on outings, you have a lot in common.

We prefer that you have previous experience working as an assistant, but the most important thing is the chemistry between you and the client and that you understand what it means to be an assistant.

There are different service levels, and all positions consist of day shifts with 6.75 hours of waiting time at night.

We are only looking for female assistants for this position.

A car and a driver's license are required as it is difficult to reach the workplace by public transport.
