We are now looking for a physically active person with experience working with individuals with autism as a part-time personal assistant for a 13-year-old boy in Partille.

To succeed in this role, you need to be in good physical shape and able to keep up with the client, as he is a very active boy who wants and needs to go on many outings outside the home.

Outings include places like Liseberg, Leos Lekland, playgrounds, and traveling by car and/or bus or being outdoors in nature.

As a person, you need to be calm and methodical with good patience and a strong ability to empathize.

You need to be able to work with visual supports and sign language, as well as have a low-arousal approach.

Some personal care work is involved.

Personal chemistry is crucial.

A driver's license and technical skills are advantageous.

Working hours will primarily be weekdays, starting with meeting the client at the end of the school day at 1:00 PM and working the rest of the afternoon or evening, with different times on different days.

Some shifts with longer outings and activities may also occur on weekends.

Working Hours/Duration

Afternoon/evening shifts and occasional weekend shifts between 50-90% depending on availability.
