We are a non-profit and idea-driven organization within support, care, education, and research. The fact that we do not distribute any profits allows us to invest all resources into fulfilling our mission as well as possible. Since 1905, activities within the Stiftelsen Stora Sköndal have developed, changed, and improved. Some activities remain, while others are entirely new. But one thing does not change: We still work based on the conviction of the equal value of all people.
Every day we want to make life better for all the people we meet in our activities. Today we have about 750 employees, both salaried and hourly workers, who together work towards our vision - a society with a natural place for everyone.
