About the Position
We are looking for a personal assistant for a 24-year-old man with autism, obsessive behavior, and severe speech impairment. He lives with his parents in a villa and has extensive support needs in daily life.
We are now seeking a cheerful, lively, and energetic personal assistant for a young man who needs support in his everyday life.
This position is suitable for you who enjoy working closely with people, have a positive drive, and can contribute with security, structure, and a good mood. The user has requested a male assistant for privacy reasons.
Working Hours:
🕐 Weekdays from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM (3 days a week)
As an assistant, you will be there to support in everyday activities and contribute to a meaningful and active afternoon.
We are looking for someone who:
• Is responsible, engaged, and has a lot of energy
• Has a warm and respectful approach
• Enjoys working with people and creating a safe relationship
• Speaks and understands Swedish very well (important for communication)
Previous experience in personal assistance is an advantage, but personal suitability is the most important.
