About us:

Suddamin Care offers consultant-supported family home care according to SoL, LVU, and LSS. Our work is based on close collaboration between family homes, social services, and consultants, as well as on science, proven experience, and applicable legislation.

As a family home consultant, you will:

· Guide, follow up, and provide support to family homes

· Be responsible for placements and collaborate with social services

· Recruit and assess new family homes

· Collaborate with schools, relatives, and other important actors

· Participate in our on-call group according to a rolling schedule

The position is home-based and involves travel as you regularly visit family homes. Introduction and certain work tasks take place at our headquarters in Norrtälje.

We are looking for someone who:

· Is a social worker or has another relevant behavioral science education

· Has at least three years of current experience in social work

· Has good knowledge of current legislation

· Is structured, flexible, communicative, and confident in your professional role

Experience in BBiC, MI, and/or CBT is an advantage. A driver's license is a requirement. Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability.
