We are looking for a competent and dedicated preschool assistant who takes their mission seriously and always has the children's best interests in focus.

You have experience in the profession and are playful, have a good sense of humor, and contribute positive energy to the team. You are a secure educator who sees each child, notices when support is needed, and creates a trusting and inclusive environment.

You have a high school education in pedagogy with a focus on children and leisure or preschool assistant training. You have experience working project-oriented and exploratory and enjoy collaboration in various forms. You are flexible, secure, and have the ability to adapt to meet each child's needs in the best way. You are engaged and create good relationships with children, guardians, and colleagues. You have experience working with children of all ages.

You have good knowledge of the preschool curriculum and apply it confidently in your daily work. Documenting children's learning processes is an obvious and integrated part of your practice, and you use digital tools with confidence and professionalism. You express yourself fluently in Swedish, both verbally and in writing, and communicate clearly with both colleagues and guardians.

At our preschools, all preschool assistants are responsible for teaching movement and health every week. Therefore, we see it as an asset if you have experience working with this. You also have good knowledge of the Swedish language.

A criminal record extract must be presented before employment.

The position is a permanent employment with a probationary period and a start date according to agreement.
