DreamCare Omsorg AB is looking for a personal assistant for a client with autism. The role involves motivating and engaging the client in daily activities and creating a safe and stimulating environment.

The client enjoys long walks and car rides, which means that much of the assistance involves accompanying them on outings and outdoor activities. Therefore, a driving license (B) is required, and it is an advantage if you have your own car that can be used for work.

Responsibilities:

• Support and motivate the client to participate in activities outside the home
• Accompany on walks and car trips
• Provide support in daily tasks and personal care as needed
• Adjust the approach based on the client's daily condition and needs
• Collaborate with relatives and other professionals as needed

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Driving license (B)
• Strong ability to create safety and build trusting relationships
• Flexibility and ability to work both scheduled shifts and on short notice
• Patience, attentiveness, and understanding of individualized approaches

Meritorious:

• Experience working with individuals on the autism spectrum
• Previous work as a personal assistant or in LSS activities
• Knowledge of motivational and pedagogical methods
