About the Job

We are looking for dedicated contact persons (SKKP) who want to work with young people in Stockholm County. The job involves providing support to young people who may face challenges such as substance abuse, criminality, school absenteeism, mental health issues, and/or NPF.

Requirements

• At least two years of post-secondary education in social work, such as treatment assistant, social educator, behavioral scientist, or social worker

or

• Previous experience working as a contact person with the target group

About the Role

As an SKKP, you should be structured, able to build good relationships, and serve as a positive role model. You provide individualized support based on an implementation plan with clear goals and through activities that suit the youth's interests. Some documentation is included in the work.

Employment and Working Hours

The position is a needs-based employment where working hours vary depending on assignments. An assignment as a contact person can be between 4 and 10 hours per week, and you can have multiple assignments simultaneously. The assignments can last for longer periods.

We welcome diversity and strive to match contact persons and youth based on individual needs. Therefore, we are primarily looking for contact persons with broad availability; primarily with availability during the day and secondarily with availability after office hours, i.e., evenings and weekends.
