Support Assistant for LSS Housing – Varied Working Hours

We are looking for dedicated support assistants for several LSS housing facilities. The working hours vary, and the position may involve work at 2–3 different group homes in the Helsingborg area and surroundings.

As a support assistant, you help the users with personal hygiene, medication, activities, and provide a safe support based on their needs. You contribute to creating a meaningful everyday life, organizing activities, and engaging the users to ensure they have a stimulating and secure daily routine.

The work can sometimes be monotonous, but you enjoy routines and always prioritize the users' safety and well-being. We place great importance on the right personality – you are structured, organized, and have the ability to create security and continuity.

We are looking for someone who wants to make a difference, has a warm approach, and wants to contribute to a positive daily life for our users. Experience in similar work is an advantage but not a requirement.
