We are looking for young resource persons for an assignment in Western Sweden to support the municipality's care and nursing homes. The purpose is to assist and maintain the functional ability of the elderly, promote a meaningful daily life, and increase social interaction and activity. The initiative aims to enhance the quality of social care without replacing the duties of regular staff.

Young people aged 13-19 may be eligible for the assignment. Your tasks will include:

Participating in walks
Assisting with reading aloud
Gardening
Basic beauty care
Baking together
Experience exchange/conversations
Organizing activities for the elderly such as sing-alongs, board games, solving crosswords, coffee breaks, and similar, as well as assisting the elderly in these activities.
