About the role
As the Logistic Solution Sales Manager, you will be responsible for the sales of logistics solutions in the form of shelving, conveyor systems, and automated guided vehicles (AGVs) with associated software to our customers, all aimed at ensuring efficient and safe logistics flows. You will report to the Scandinavian Sales Director and will be part of a matrix organization with colleagues holding equivalent positions within Logisnext's sales companies in Europe, where you will report weekly to the Vice President, Solutions Sales and Marketing, LogSol sales.

Your responsibilities as Logistic Solutions Sales Manager

  • Product delivery: Lead the development and delivery of innovative solutions, including shelving, conveyor systems, AGVs, and WCS/WMS software to the market and ensure that the products meet customer needs and quality standards.
  • Sales strategy: Establish and manage the sales strategy for shelving, conveyor systems, and AGVs, including other solutions that may be included.
  • Sales integration: Drive the sales of the solutions business together with the sales team for truck solutions, ensuring coordinated and complementary strategies.

You are responsible for developing customer relationships and increasing our sales volume of products within logistics solutions. This means having primary responsibility for designing and developing technical solutions for shelving and material handling systems, including automation. To succeed in this, knowledge of CAD, the ability to create simulations in available analysis tools, and an understanding of drawings and installations within the storage and material handling industry are required. The customers are all types of industrial and logistics companies. You will work closely with the Scandinavian Area Sales team and the Key Account Management team.

Who are we looking for?
First and foremost, you should have experience in material handling and a proven track record of leading complex projects and teams. A strong drive, independence, and a willingness to find solutions are other examples of the competencies you possess. You enjoy traveling a part of your working time. To be successful, we would like you to have the following background:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, preferably in electrical and automation or logistics.
  • Several years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in automation or warehouse and material handling.
  • Knowledge of CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks).
  • Ability to create and analyze simulations.
  • Understanding of technical drawings and specifications.
  • Good commercial and communication skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Comfortable creating and delivering customer-specific presentations.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 and preferably experienced in working with CRM/CPQ systems.
  • Good English skills in speaking and writing.

Other
Location: Suitable residence is southern Sweden - Malmö, Jönköping, Gothenburg, Stockholm. The position normally involves 2-4 travel days a week within Sweden, Denmark, and Norway. You will work from your home office or utilize our offices in Mölnlycke, Jönköping, Stockholm, or Copenhagen.
