About the job

Agneberg is part of Uddevalla High School.

At Agneberg, we have the Economic Program (EK), Vocational Training (GLU), Restaurant and Food Program (RL), Social Science Program (SA), Introduction Program (IM), and Adapted Upper Secondary School. We have about 1200 students and 140 staff.

We have access to modern IT technology and a well-developed library. Agneberg has a well-established international network with exchanges in other countries. We have a fantastic student health team, as well as study and career counselors and a school psychologist.

Job Responsibilities

You will teach students in the Social Science Program, Economic Program, and other programs at the school in natural science, preferably in combination with another subject. Mentorship together with a colleague is included in the position. Together with colleagues, you will also work on other joint assignments in the Economic Program. We work together to help students develop into good citizens, good employees, and good people for the future.

We are looking for someone who

• Has a teaching license and qualification to teach at the high school level in natural science, preferably in combination with another subject.
• Is structured and has a good ability to plan your teaching in a way that meets students' needs and interests.
• Is organized and has the ability to prioritize your work effectively.
• Dares to think and try new things on your own and also together with colleagues.
• Has the ability to be creative and responsible in your teaching as well as in the overall teaching assignment.
• Has a strong interest in working with high school students.
