Your health center has approximately 10,500 registered patients and, in addition to regular health center activities, also has a 24/7 family doctor clinic, and in collaboration with the municipality, operates a nursing department. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

The family doctor service is part of the health center's operations during the day. In the evenings, nights, and weekends, the service operates as a smaller primary care clinic where you, in a team with a nursing assistant and a doctor, are available for the safety of our residents. With us, every employee has a responsibility to actively participate in shaping new multiprofessional working methods based on customer needs. A willingness to join different teams is a requirement. The position includes collaborating and facilitating for others.

As a nurse with us, you will work with:

• planned and unplanned outpatient work
• telephone counseling.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for a flexible and committed colleague. You are interested in development and improvement work and are confident in your professional role, and you have the ability to meet people in a professional and empathetic manner. You should have a good attitude, good collaboration skills, and take professional responsibility. You should be able to work independently and have a desire to develop to make your own assessments of the patient. As an employee of the family doctor service, you are expected to collaborate across traditional boundaries with other units based on patient needs.

In the role of nurse, you should:

• be a licensed nurse
• hold a valid B driver's license.

For this position, it is advantageous if you have several years of experience in nursing.
