Do you want to work in a team where community, quality, and commitment are in focus? Then you are warmly welcome to Attendo's HSL organization, Close Care, where we are passionate about creating safe and meaningful care for our patients.

We are now looking for an occupational therapist for our mobile rehab team in Växjö. You will be part of an engaged and positive team where you have close and daily collaboration with a physiotherapist. Together, you will work for high patient safety and to create that little extra in everyday life for the elderly living in our three special accommodations in Växjö.

As part of Close Care's larger rehab network, you will also have access to active collegial support, both in Skåne and across the country, where the focus is on quality, knowledge exchange, and continuous development. Every year we gather for a kick-off with inspiring lectures, community, and festivities.

Job Description As an occupational therapist with us, you have overall responsibility for the rehabilitation of patients. You conduct assessments, plan and implement measures, document interventions, and prescribe medical technical products based on individual needs.

An important part of your work is to guide and educate care staff to ensure safe and quality care. In addition to the physiotherapist, you will work closely with nurses, care staff, and operational managers.

In our mobile team, continuous development work is ongoing, and we are looking for someone who finds it exciting to test new working methods and contribute to improvements.

You will receive support from a group manager with a background as a licensed physiotherapist and MAR, as well as an engaged team of colleagues with broad expertise, both in Växjö and Skåne.

About You

You are a licensed occupational therapist with a genuine commitment to elderly care and an interest in teamwork. As a person, you are responsible, structured, and independent, and you meet others with humility and professionalism.

With a flexible attitude and a pedagogical and communicative approach, you enjoy guiding, inspiring, and creating security in your interactions with both patients and colleagues.
