As a Project Manager at Peikko, you will lead and be responsible for projects from order to delivery. You will plan and organize in the startup phase, lead and follow up during the project's progress, and evaluate the results after completion. You are the one who ensures that everything runs smoothly according to set goals, expectations, and timelines. You will communicate with relevant stakeholders, both internally and externally, to ensure a good delivery and collaboration.

Your daily tasks will include:

• Managing incoming project opportunities and ensuring a smooth startup process

• Staying one step ahead and managing various types of challenges and risks associated with the projects

• Establishing technical documentation related to material and quality standards

• Creating quotes, pricing, and planning from business opportunity to startup, as well as following up on project budgets and profitability

• Being responsible for resource management

• Supporting your colleagues in sales work by identifying business opportunities, maintaining ongoing customer contact, and participating in fairs and sales meetings

For the role of Project Manager, we are looking for someone who is driven by working with freedom under responsibility. You work in a structured manner and are used to independently driving your work forward. You have a positive attitude and are good at finding creative solutions to problems. To thrive in this role, you are also social, curious, and brave. You are skilled at communicating with colleagues, customers, and partners, and enjoy making new contacts. We also believe that you are business-minded and have a good understanding of all aspects of the projects. You are used to shifting between a holistic and detailed perspective.

To fit the role, we believe you also have:

• A university degree in construction project management, civil engineering, or equivalent experience

• A strong interest in and knowledge of project management, economics, and customer contact

• A good understanding of drawings

• Good skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written

It is an advantage if you also have:

• Work experience as a project manager or designer

• Experience with Tekla

• A valid driver's license (B)
