Job Description

• Conduct onboarding for new customers and set the right expectations.
• Build long-term relationships through continuous dialogue and proactive problem-solving.
• Introduce new services and solutions that meet the customer's growing needs.

Who We Are Looking For

• Someone with previous experience in customer contact, onboarding, or project management.
• A person with good organizational skills and strong communication competence.
• Someone who is fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
