About the role

As a Customer Success Agent, you play a central role in our customer journey. You are our voice to the outside world and the one who ensures that our customers receive first-class service.

Your responsibilities include:

• Assisting customers via phone, email, and chat throughout their journey.
• Identifying customer needs and finding tailored solutions.
• Working proactively to increase customer satisfaction and ensure long-term relationships.
• Collaborating with other departments to optimize our services and processes.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who loves to create value for others and has a natural talent for communication and service.

To succeed in this role, we believe you:

• Are a positive and solution-oriented person who can quickly adapt to new situations.
• Have previous experience in customer service or similar roles (preferred but not required).
• Are comfortable using digital tools and can handle multiple cases simultaneously.
• Have good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
