For the summer of 2026, we are looking for individuals who want to contribute to safety, participation, and quality of life for people in Healthcare and Social Services as well as Support for Individuals with Disabilities.

We are looking for summer substitutes who want to work meaningfully, develop, and be close to people. Working hours vary and may include day, evening, weekend, on-call, and night shifts. The employment period covers June–August 2026.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Special Housing (Nursing Home)

Here, you provide care and support to the elderly who need help in their daily lives. You contribute to safety through care, service, social activities, and a professional approach.

Home Care

You work in the user's home and create safety and continuity in their daily lives. Tasks may include cleaning, walks, meal support, personal hygiene, and medication management.

A B driver's license is required for home care.

Support for Individuals with Disabilities

Here, you support individuals with physical and/or intellectual disabilities. You contribute to care, activities, and support in daily life so that each individual has the opportunity to live an active and independent life.

Personal Assistance

You work closely with the user in their home and provide individually tailored support. The work may consist of care, activities, communication, and rehabilitative efforts.

Social Psychiatry Housing Support

As a housing supporter, you provide structure, safety, and motivating support to individuals with mental disabilities through conversations, planned interventions, and social activities.

Common for All Services

• IT-based documentation
• Delegated health and medical care tasks
• Work person-centered and with respect for the individual's integrity and self-determination

QUALIFICATIONS

Requirements

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• You need to have a genuine interest in working with people in need of care and support.
• You can express yourself well in Swedish, both verbally and in writing.
• You have a positive attitude in new encounters with people and are responsive to their needs.
• You can collaborate, as the work places high demands on good cooperation with colleagues, users, relatives, and managers.

Meritorious

• You have completed or are currently pursuing education in care or other relevant training for the position.
• You have experience in similar work.

Before employment, you need to present an acceptable extract from the criminal record as well as valid identification.
