Nurse, Psychiatric Clinic in Borlänge

We are looking for someone who appreciates both independent work and working in multiprofessional teams. We would like you to enjoy planning large parts of your workday, to like collaborating with colleagues, and to be flexible when needed. You should also be comfortable working daytime since we only work Monday to Friday and never on public holidays at this clinic.

So, what do we do during the day? Well, we work as fixed care contacts and have visits either digitally or in person. We staff telephone counseling, participate in treatment conferences, and conduct psychiatric assessments. We map our patients' various needs for care and support and provide injections to those patients who need them. Sometimes we have patient meetings with care neighbors and authorities. We constantly work to ensure that the patient is as involved as possible in their care and treatment. An important task is to administer injections.

Requirements:

• Licensed nurse
• Driver's license B

Meritorious:

• Further education in psychiatry
• Previous work experience in psychiatry

We are now looking for a nurse who is interested in psychiatry, has good collaboration skills, and can make decisions, handle changes, and be flexible. We place great emphasis on your desire to work in a team and your personal suitability.
