At Forenede Care, we are looking for you who want to work as a care assistant/nursing assistant and are available to work during all or parts of the spring/summer at our cozy nursing home Korsnäsgården.

As staff at Forenede Care, you will provide good care, service, and support to our residents.

Korsnäsgården is a special accommodation for people with dementia. The facility has 33 places distributed across four departments. The residence is located in Korsnäs by the beautiful Runn. There are plenty of parking opportunities if you come by car. There is also a bus stop nearby, whether you come by local bus or regional bus directly from Borlänge.

With us, you will have competent and dedicated managers who support and develop you in your role as a care assistant and in your development at Forenede Care. We run a company where you grow together with us.

In the role of care assistant/nursing assistant with us, you will perform care and support based on the customer's wishes and in accordance with applicable assistance decisions with a strong focus on quality. This includes performing personal hygiene, assisting with meal preparation and serving, responding to alarms, and engaging in social interaction. Social interaction may involve conversations, games, cycling trips, music activities, or similar.

As a summer substitute with us, you have good chances of getting an extension of the position or a permanent employment.

Job Description

We are currently looking for several colleagues for full-time or part-time summer positions starting on 2025-06-01 or preferably earlier for the best possible introduction.

To be considered for the position, you need to:

• Have good knowledge of the Swedish language in both spoken and written form

We also see it as highly meritorious if you have previous experience in elderly care and dementia care.

Before we offer employment, you must present an unopened extract from the police criminal record. We also require proof of a valid Swedish work permit, such as a passport or an approved work permit from the Migration Agency.
