We offer a guaranteed permanent position for you who complete your education and obtain a full diploma from:

• The Health and Care Program at Mora High School
• The Health and Care Program at Mora Adult Education

The position is as a nursing assistant and begins with a six-month probationary period.

We will check with you where you are interested in working and, if possible, accommodate your wishes. If there is no available position in the various operations, you will be employed in the pool and work in the areas where there is a need. In the pool, you will try several different workplaces and gain experience primarily in home care and special housing. You will, of course, receive training at all workplaces you will work at. If your employment is in the pool, your employment will be transferred to another operation when a vacancy arises.

The start date is June 15.

Your assignment

As a nursing assistant, you will work with traditional health and care tasks. Communicating and working according to people's different needs and conditions is an important part of the assignment with us. Together with your colleagues, good care should be provided and maintained based on the individual's personal needs and wishes.

You will perform delegated tasks from licensed staff and document according to the Social Services Act. Our ambition is that you, together with us, develop the operations and yourself in close collaboration with your colleagues.

Educational requirements: Health and Care Program at the high school level or through vocational adult education.

Requirements to qualify for the offer

• You must be approved in all courses required for graduation.
• You must be approved by the supervisors during all APL periods (workplace-based learning).
• You must submit your application no later than May 18, 2024.

The social services sector includes elderly care with special housing and home care, special care for people with disabilities, individual and family care (IFO), and the labor market unit (AME).
