KommunRehab is a unit with occupational therapists and physiotherapists/physical therapists as well as rehabilitation assistants. We are missing an occupational therapist colleague in our team who wants to contribute and develop the business towards common goals together with us. The workgroup has broad rehabilitation competence, both among employees and management. We are solution-focused, support each other, and have good dialogue together.

Working as an occupational therapist in the municipality is a varied and independent job, and you have great freedom to plan your workday yourself. In close collaboration with physiotherapists/physical therapists and other professional categories in the organization, you will contribute to enabling individuals to live an active, social, and meaningful life on their terms. We have well-established teamwork in all our operations.

Job Responsibilities

We offer you the opportunity to work in several areas as the occupational therapist works with home healthcare in the municipality's special accommodations within elderly care, LSS, and social psychiatry as well as in regular housing.

• Based on a health-promoting and rehabilitative approach, assess and evaluate the need for occupational therapy measures and implement appropriate actions based on that.
• Guide/train care and nursing staff and collaborate in teams.
• Prescribe assistive devices according to the prescription process.
• Document in the journal system.

Competence Requirements

• Licensed occupational therapist.
• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.
• Driving license B.

Meritorious

• Experience from the area of operations.
