The hotel is located in the heart of Eskilstuna city with 120 hotel rooms and a reception that is open 24 hours a day. We have a barception, the hotel’s hub where guests can check in, hang out at the bar, and order something to eat.

The hotel is designed to be a social meeting place, accommodating more than one to stay. Here, various companies, regulars, families with children, athletes, breakfast guests, conference guests, and many more gather.

The position includes:

• Check-in and check-out of guests
• Handling bookings via email, phone, and face-to-face
• Sales of food and beverages in the barception.
• Communicating with other departments
• Preparing for the upcoming day and any conferences
• Following laws and procedures
• Ensuring that guests are comfortable and want to return

Salary: According to Hotel and Restaurant.
