Summer Dream by the Sea – We are looking for a couple or a team to run a guesthouse in the summer of 2026

Location: Outside Nyköping, nature-friendly by the sea

Period: Summer 2026, with the possibility of extension

Do you dream of running your own guesthouse by the coast during the summer? We are looking for an engaged and service-oriented couple, or a similar team, who want to take full responsibility for the operation of our charming guesthouse located by the sea just outside Nyköping.

The guesthouse consists of:

• 12 cabins for rent
• Parking spaces for RVs/caravans
• Boat slips adjacent to the facility
• Restaurant with full equipment
• Ice cream café with high summer turnover

The facility has been operated by the owner for the first two years and is now well established with returning guests. We are now looking for a long-term and stable solution where the right people can put their own stamp on the business.

We are looking for you who:

• Have experience in service, restaurant, hospitality, or similar
• Have good organizational skills and enjoy varied work
• Are self-motivated, collaborate well, and enjoy meeting people
• Can lead a small team during the peak season
• Have the will and energy to create a wonderful environment for guests
