Home Hotel is a brand new concept with a simple yet powerful vision: to create a place that feels like home, even when you are away. We are now looking for a chef for Home Hotel Bolinder Munktell in Eskilstuna who wants to become part of our family.

We are looking for someone with at least five years of experience who has a good sense of taste, is meticulous, and is passionate about serving good food made from the heart. This is a permanent position at 75%.

About the position:

• Prepare and serve good and appealing food for our dinner buffet and our conference lunches
• Along with the kitchen team, assist with purchasing and inventory
• Develop our concept and menu planning together with the restaurant manager and the team
• Work shifts are scheduled at mixed times - daytime, evenings, and weekends
• We help each other, which means you will also clear dishes, serve a beer, and take care of the dishes
• You report to the restaurant manager

About you:

• You have a good sense of taste, are flexible and reliable, with a passion for creating fantastic food and experiences
• Ability to turn challenges into opportunities, manage multiple tasks at the same time, and maintain high standards even under pressure
• You are a strong problem solver with a proactive approach
• Good at communication and attentive to detail
• Comfortable handling multiple tasks simultaneously and making independent decisions
• You have documented experience as a chef for at least five years, from hotels, restaurants, or large kitchens
• You are a team player and see the kitchen as a unit
• You have a lot of energy, courage, and enthusiasm
• You speak and write Swedish

This is a permanent position at 75% with immediate start. The position includes varying working hours distributed over daytime, evenings, and weekends.
