We are now looking for a chef for Home Hotel Bolinder Munktell in Eskilstuna who wants to become part of our family.

We are looking for someone with:

• At least five years of experience who is taste-sensitive, meticulous, and passionate about serving good food made from the heart.

About the position:

• Prepare and serve delicious and appealing food for our dinner buffet and conference lunches.
• Along with the kitchen team, assist with purchasing and inventory.
• Develop our concept and menu planning together with the restaurant manager and the team.
• Work shifts scheduled at mixed times - daytime, evening, and weekends.
• We help each other, which means you will also clear dishes, serve a beer, and take care of the dishes.
• You will report to the restaurant manager.

About you:

• You are taste-sensitive, flexible, and reliable, with a passion for creating fantastic food and experiences.
• Ability to turn challenges into opportunities, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and maintain high standards even under pressure.
• A strong problem solver with a proactive approach.
• Good communication skills and attentive to details.
• Comfortable handling multiple tasks at once and making independent decisions.
• You have documented experience as a chef for at least five years, from hotels, restaurants, or large kitchens.
• You are a team player and see the kitchen as a unit.
• You have a lot of energy, courage, and enthusiasm.
• You speak and write Swedish.

This is a one-year temporary position at 75% with immediate start. The position includes varied working hours distributed across daytime, evenings, and weekends.
