About the role Our head chefs work in daily operations and are responsible for food quality, ingredient purchasing, inventory management, self-control, and stocktaking. You will lead the daily work at the restaurant together with the restaurant manager. You will work full-time primarily during the day, Monday to Friday, but evening and weekend work may occur.

About you You have several years of experience in the role of head chef/kitchen manager. You are committed, positive, solution-oriented, and structured. Good planning is a guiding principle at Heat, and you are comfortable with it. Our food quality is our foundation, along with our personal approach, and you are comfortable taking responsibility for food quality and following Heat's guidelines and recipes for preparation and purchasing.
