Our Operations

The rehabilitation unit organizes the hospital's occupational therapists, physiotherapists, social workers, and speech therapists. The unit is responsible for interventions in the hospital's various care departments within the area of medicine and surgery, as well as specialized outpatient care. The workgroup currently consists of about 30 employees, some who are new to their profession and others with longer experience in their roles. As a new employee, you will be offered a tailored introduction with the opportunity for a mentor for guidance, security, and development in your role as a physiotherapist.

In the unit, we value good collaboration and work in multiprofessional teams around the patient. Care, security, and joy at work permeate our everyday life both during patient meetings and among colleagues. The hospital in Enköping is a health-promoting hospital and therefore invests in health-promoting initiatives for employees. This means you have a wellness allowance of 3,000 SEK per year. A staff gym as well as several training activities are available at the hospital.

Your Mission

As a physiotherapist, your mission is to work person-centered together with your colleagues based on the patients' individual conditions and needs. The tasks may include functional assessments, training, and assistive device evaluations. Together with the patient, we focus on interventions that provide support for a safe and secure discharge.

Your Qualifications

We are looking for you who are a licensed physiotherapist. If you have previous experience working as a physiotherapist, that is something we value, but we also welcome you who are newly graduated. As a person, you have a positive outlook on life, good collaboration skills, and enjoy working in a team while feeling a great responsibility for your own contribution and our patients.

A driving license (B) is required.
