Team Leader for Home Care Service Center

The Home Care Service Center is centrally located near Eskilstuna station. You will be a team leader for approximately 25 employees, and together you will support around 90 clients. The home care service in Eskilstuna municipality provides services based on assistance decisions. We strive to provide services that are respectful and of high quality. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As a team leader, you will lead and distribute the daily work within the team. You are responsible for scheduling, absence management, and planning of services, ensuring that daily operations run smoothly even when challenges arise. You support and motivate your colleagues to create a good working environment for everyone. You will also have contact with clients, relatives, and partners. You are an important link between the staff and the unit manager.

You will work together with the unit manager to develop the operations and create quality, safety, and job satisfaction. The unit manager provides you with clear goals and guidelines for the work. Your task is to lead the team to achieve these goals.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who has completed a full secondary education. You have previously worked as a team leader or in a similar role, where you have supported colleagues and handled administrative tasks. You are accustomed to working with digital documentation and planning systems, preferably in Viva, Timepool, and Kompanjon. Experience in healthcare and social services, especially in home care, is beneficial. It is also an advantage if you have knowledge of the financial perspective in scheduling and service planning. A B driver's license is desirable.

You have a close leadership style and invite participation within the team. You are brave and confident in yourself and enjoy leading others. With your holistic thinking and ability to be structured, you manage challenges and variations in work pace.
