Do you want to contribute to increased service and efficiency at our Child and Adolescent Psychiatric Outpatient Clinic? BUP in Mora is one of Region Dalarna's five outpatient clinics and works with families where children and adolescents exhibit moderate to severe psychiatric issues. We are now looking for a nursing assistant for an administrative support function. The position has been created to complement our existing administrative staff, with the opportunity to shape the tasks according to the clinic's current needs. • Provide administrative and practical support to the unit manager, thereby contributing to a more efficient working method at the clinic.
• Be involved in ensuring that daily operations run smoothly, in collaboration with the entire team.
• Coordinate calendars, meetings, groups, travel, and projects.
• Manage communication; contact with patients, healthcare neighbors, and staff.
• Take responsibility for documentation, manage waiting lists and booking materials.
• Work in several different systems for planning, patient information, payroll administration, statistics, and finance (such as Outlook, Excel, Cosmic, BILD, Synergi, Heroma, Teams, Raindance, 1177, and TeleQ).

• Trained nursing assistant.
• Strong service orientation and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously in a sometimes fast-paced environment.
• Proactive working style and solution-focused without the need for constant supervision.
• Humble and compliant with guidelines and established working methods.
• Quick to adapt to new systems.
• Interest in development and problem-solving.
