Occupational Therapist Wanted for Shared Position in Outpatient/Home Rehab at Rehab City Östermalm

We are looking for an Occupational Therapist for a permanent position at our clinic in Östermalm to work in a shared role focusing on activity structure and balance as well as home rehabilitation.
Rehab City is a results unit within SLSO, Stockholm County Council. We consist of about 85 employees across three different clinics and provide primary care rehabilitation. At our clinic in Östermalm, 26 people work, of which 8 are occupational therapists.

Job Responsibilities:
As an occupational therapist in primary care, you will meet patients of all ages and from different cultures. The patients have various diagnoses and disabilities.
We prefer that you have an interest in and experience with activity balance and structure as well as experience working in home rehab. Job responsibilities in home rehab include assistive device prescriptions, activity assessments, and training in patients' homes and local environments.
Employment Form:
Permanent employment. Full-time 100%, part-time may be discussed. A probationary period may apply. Working hours Monday to Friday. Start date by agreement.
Qualifications:
- Licensed occupational therapist with a bachelor's degree (180 credits)
- Master's degree is an advantage
- Experience working in primary care is an advantage

Additional Information:
When working in patients' homes, you need to be able to manage environments with pets and not be sensitive to smoke odors.

- employees who will have patient contact must undergo a pre-employment health examination, according to current directives, which is done through occupational health services before employment.
- in addition to Swedish professional certification, good knowledge of the Swedish language corresponding to level C1 according to the Common European Framework of Reference (CEFR) is required. The same requirements apply to non-licensed personnel with patient contact.
