Hela Företagshälsa in Norrtälje is looking for a licensed psychologist, alternatively a social worker or behavioral scientist with further education in psychotherapy, with an interest in working within occupational health services.

We are a local and committed occupational health service that works health-promoting, preventive, and rehabilitative together with our client companies. Our services include, among other things, work environment, rehabilitation, leadership, and organizational development. Our goal is to create sustainable and healthy workplaces through close and personal collaboration with our clients.

Your role

As a psychologist, social worker, or behavioral scientist at Hela Företagshälsa, you will work with:

• Assessment, mapping, and supportive individual conversations
• Crisis and stress-related health issues at the individual level
• Rehabilitation support in collaboration with employers and the team at Hela Företagshälsa
• Training initiatives, workshops, and lectures on behalf of our clients
• Organizational and leadership development such as management support, group supervision, conflict management, and mapping

You will work closely with other professionals such as company doctors, company nurses, rehabilitation coordinators, naprapaths, ergonomists, and occupational safety engineers.

Qualifications

• Licensed psychologist or social worker/behavioral scientist with further education in psychotherapy
• Experience in occupational health is an advantage
• Experience in organizational consultation, conflict management, and mapping is an advantage
• Experience in management support is an advantage
• Experience in planning and conducting training and lectures is an advantage
